refund cancellation policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all quotations, orders, and purchases made from Jas Enterprise through https://jasdehydrator.com or direct communication.


1. Nature of Products

Jas Enterprise manufactures and supplies industrial food processing and dehydration machinery, many of which are:

  • Custom-built
  • Made-to-order
  • Configured as per buyer requirements

Due to the industrial and customized nature of our products, refund policies differ from standard consumer goods.


2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Written quotation approval
  • Receipt of agreed advance payment

Once production begins, cancellation terms apply as below.


3. Cancellation Policy

Before Production Starts

If cancellation is requested before production begins:

  • Administrative charges may apply.
  • Partial refund may be issued after deducting documentation and banking charges.

After Production Has Started

If cancellation is requested after production has commenced:

  • Advance payment is non-refundable.
  • Buyer shall bear cost of materials procured and work completed.
  • Jas Enterprise reserves the right to recover additional losses if applicable.

Custom-Built Machinery

Orders for customized or specially manufactured machines cannot be cancelled once production begins.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order rejected in writing before production starts.
  • Duplicate payment received due to technical error.
  • Written agreement between both parties.

Refunds, if approved:

  • Will be processed within 15–30 working days.
  • Will be made via original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Banking and transaction charges will be deducted.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind by buyer
  • Delay due to Force Majeure events
  • Minor specification variations
  • Improper installation by buyer
  • Electrical or site readiness issues
  • International shipment delays

6. Damaged Goods During Transit

If goods are damaged during transit:

  • Buyer must inform immediately upon receipt.
  • Claim must be filed with transporter or insurance provider.
  • Jas Enterprise will assist in documentation support where applicable.

Liability shall be as per agreed shipping terms (EXW / FOB / CIF).


7. Inspection & Acceptance

Buyer must inspect machinery within 7 days of delivery.

Failure to report issues in writing within this period shall be deemed as full acceptance.


8. International Orders

For export orders:

  • Refunds are subject to international banking regulations.
  • Currency exchange differences shall be borne by buyer.
  • Customs duties and import charges are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India as per our Terms & Conditions.
